أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ عَلَى الْمُدَّعَى عَلَيْهِ.

Ibn `Abbas wrote that the Prophet (ﷺ) gave his verdict on the basis of the defendant's oath.
