حَدَّثَنِي الْحَسَنُ بْنُ صَبَّاحٍ ، سَمِعَ الرَّبِيعَ بْنَ نَافِعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ حَكِيمٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ، سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ ، يَقُولُ إِذَا حَرَّمَ امْرَأَتَهُ لَيْسَ بِشَىْءٍ. وَقَالَ {لَقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ}
Englischer Text
that he heard Ibn `Abbas saying, "If a man makes his wife unlawful for him, it does not mean that she is divorced." He added, "Indeed in the Messenger of Allah , you have a good example to follow."
